These potted plants CAD blocks bring greenery into interior plans, terraces and shop layouts: a leafy plant in a round pot, a cactus and a long planter box. Each is drawn at 1:1 in millimetres. Trees, shrubs and garden pieces are in the plant CAD blocks collection.
Flower pot CAD blocks in plan and elevation
Every file has a top view and a side view, for example CT_POTTED_PLANT_PLAN and CT_POTTED_PLANT_ELEV. The pots and the planter are on A-EQPM with their detail on A-EQPM-DETL, while the leaves are on L-PLNT and L-PLNT-DETL. That split lets you freeze the planting and keep only the pot outlines, for instance on a furniture plan where just the footprint matters.
The potted plant stands in a 500 mm pot, 500 mm tall, with lance-shaped leaves that spread to 600 mm and reach 1,300 mm overall. The cactus is a columnar type with two arms, in a 400 mm pot 350 mm tall, 1,000 mm high in total. The planter box is 1,200 x 400 mm and 500 mm tall, planted with three shrubs that bring it to 900 mm and spill slightly over its edge.
Potted plants in room and terrace plans
A pot plant often fills a corner or the space beside a sofa or a window. In plan the 600 mm leaf spread is wider than the pot, so keep that outer outline clear of door swings and walking routes. The planter box works as a low divider in an office or along a terrace edge, and copies end to end into a longer run.
To see the plants at scale next to furniture, combine them with the sofa blocks. For planting in the ground rather than in containers, use the flower bed.
