What you can write about

• Questions about a block. How to insert it, scale it or open it in your CAD program, if the help page does not answer it.
• Errors in a block. A wrong dimension, a DWG or DXF that does not open, a broken download or a preview that does not match the file.
• Requests. A block or a category you miss in the library.
• Use of the files. Doubts about what the block licence allows.
• Privacy. Access, rectification or deletion of your data, as explained in the privacy policy.

To help us answer sooner

If you are reporting a problem with a block, include the link to its page, the format you downloaded (DWG or DXF) and the program and version you opened it with. A screenshot also helps.

Response time

We usually reply within a few working days. Error reports go first, because a block with a wrong dimension can end up in someone else's drawing.

Cadtorial is not affiliated with Autodesk, so we cannot help with AutoCAD licences, installation or accounts.
